Herbed Pumpkin and Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces plain cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Directions

  1. In a food processor add the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary and thyme. Pulse to combine until smooth.
  2. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers, and assorted vegetables. Enjoy!
