Ingredients
- 1 cup Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 bag potato chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Heat cream, milk and Treasure Cave® blue cheese in a saucepan over low heat until the blue cheese is creamy.
- Spread the potato chips out on a lipped sheet pan.
- Pour the blue cheese mixture over the potato chips and sprinkle extra crumbles on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese sauce is browned and bubbly
