Blue Cheese Potato Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Heat cream, milk and Treasure Cave® blue cheese in a saucepan over low heat until the blue cheese is creamy.
  3. Spread the potato chips out on a lipped sheet pan.
  4. Pour the blue cheese mixture over the potato chips and sprinkle extra crumbles on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese sauce is browned and bubbly
