4 ounces Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Wedge, room temperature
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons butter
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
2 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
Fresh thyme
Directions
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Mix in 1 tablespoon honey, walnuts, bacon and cinnamon.
Cook until honey begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
Take off heat and pour onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let cool. While candied walnuts are cooling, add cream cheese and brown sugar to a stand mixer and whip sugar crystals until they disintegrated into the cheese.
Add Treasure Cave blue cheese and heavy cream. Whip until light and fluffy.
Scoop into a bowl and top with remaining honey, candied walnuts and fresh thyme.
