12 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and liquid squeezed
12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
¾ Mayonnaise
2/3 C Sour Cream
1 t Dijon Mustard
2/3 C Crumbled Bacon
2/3 C Mozzarella Cheese
1 C Blue Cheese
3 scallions, sliced thin
TT Salt & Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add olive oil to a medium sauté pan and cook onions and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Cream together softened cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon and mayo. Add remaining ingredients including the sauté and mix until well combined. Place in an oven safe, bakeable dish and bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
