In a small bowl, whisk together dry rub ingredients.
Pat salmon dry with paper towels and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Sprinkle the salmon with the dry rub and coat it on all sides.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Spray air fryer basket with oil and add salmon pieces in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
Cook salmon for 5-7 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Meanwhile, make blue cheese sauce. Add sour cream, crumbled Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice to a mini food processor and pulse until well-combined. Alternatively, you can stir together the ingredients, though your sauce won’t be as smooth.
Garnish the air fryer salmon bites with green onions and serve the Treasure Cave blue cheese sauce on the side. Enjoy!
