Directions
In a medium skillet, season and cook steak until browned.
Add onion to pan and cook until translucent.
Toast tortillas for 1-2 minutes each side.
To assemble, place 2 tablesapoons of steak filling in the center of tortilla then sprinkle Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese on top. I cut up the Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Wedge so I got pieces to my liking, but you can also use Treasure Cave’s Crumbled Blue Cheese.
