Ingredients
- 2 bunches roughly chopped kale
- 1 cored medium-diced honey crisp apple
- 1 cored medium-diced granny smith apple
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 peeled and thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese wedge made into crumbles
- Vinaigrette dressing
Directions
- Place the kale in a large serving salad bowl.
- Evenly sprinkle on the apples, cherries, onions, almonds, and Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese.
- Serve with your favorite vinaigrette dressing.
