Herby Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • One 8-ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallot, finely chopped
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all of the listed ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand-mixer on medium speed, mix until combined, scraping the sides and bottom so that all of the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Store up to seven days refrigerated. Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
