Blue Cheese, Bread and Butter Pickle, Bacon Bits, and Crushed Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 5-ounce containers Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup diced bread and butter pickles
  • 2 strips extra-crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 heaping handful sour cream and onion potato chips, crushed
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  2. Once combined, stir in pickles and spices.
  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with crushed sour cream and onion chips.
  4. Garnish with bacon and more Crumbled Treasure Cave Blue Cheese and serve.
