  1. Preheat the broiler to high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese Crumbles, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Set to the side.
  3. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the olive oil to a large frying pan over high heat until it begins to smoke.
  5. Place in the steaks and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and the desired internal temperature is achieved.
  6. Remove the pan of steaks from the burner and evenly place on the blue cheese panko mixture over each steak.
  7. Place on the middle rack of the oven under the broiler on high heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with optional garnish of chopped fresh chives or parsley.
