Ingredients
- ½ cup balsamic reduction
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup Treasure Cave® Gorgonzola Crumbles
- 1 pint strawberries
- 3 tablespoons crushed pecans, toasted
Directions
- Remove stems and scoop out centers from the strawberries.
- Pour cream cheese into a bowl, add Treasure Cave® crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and whip together until smooth.
- Stuff strawberries with whipped cheese mixture and pour crushed pecans onto a plate or pan. Take individual strawberries and lightly dip into the crushed pecans.
- Before strawberries are plated, pour balsamic reduction onto the serving plate. Now place strawberries and drizzle balsamic reduction over the top.
- Chill until served
