Gorgonzola-Stuffed Strawberries

Directions

  1. Remove stems and scoop out centers from the strawberries.
  2. Pour cream cheese into a bowl, add Treasure Cave® crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and whip together until smooth.
  3. Stuff strawberries with whipped cheese mixture and pour crushed pecans onto a plate or pan. Take individual strawberries and lightly dip into the crushed pecans.
  4. Before strawberries are plated, pour balsamic reduction onto the serving plate. Now place strawberries and drizzle balsamic reduction over the top.
  5. Chill until served
