Ingredients
- 1 roughly chopped head iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 4 quartered hard-boiled eggs
- ½ peeled and small diced red onion
- 2 pitted, peeled, and medium-diced avocados
- ¾ cup crumbled Treasure Cave® Gorgonzola Wedge
- ½ cup crisp cooked bacon bits
- Dressing
Directions
- Add the lettuce to a large serving bowl.
- Evenly place on the chicken, tomatoes, eggs, onions, avocado, Treasure Cave® Gorgonzola cheese, and bacon bits in rows covering the lettuce.
- Serve with your favorite dressing.
