Fresh vegetables to grill (get suggestions from Carita Fambro)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
4 cloves fresh garlic
3 sprigs green onion
1 small ripe avocado
½ small lemon juiced
½ cup Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice fresh vegetables of your choice for grilling.
Prepare avocado Treasure Cave blue cheese dip by using a food processor to combine ingredients and process until slightly smooth with a little texture.
Remove dip from the processor and place in a serving bowl.
Refrigerate until ready for use.
Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to a hot griddle and grill vegetables until charred and slightly cooked through or translucent.
Season grilled vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate vegetables, serve with marinated avocado blue cheese dip and enjoy.
