1 5-ounce package Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese Crumbles
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon onion salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. In a baking dish, add beef broth, liquid smoke and lemon juice.
Place brisket in center of dish, pat dry with a paper towel and rub yellow mustard all over the brisket.
Combine brisket seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the brisket, patting it into the meat. Cover tightly with foil and bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 195 to 200 degrees.
Allow the brisket to rest for at least 30 minutes. While the brisket is resting, sauté shallots and garlic with oil in a pan for about 5 minutes.
Slice brisket against the grain and save a quarter of the sliced meat to set aside. Chop remaining brisket.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add all dip ingredients and chopped brisket.
Spread dip mixture evenly in an oven-proof skillet or round baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Top with reserved slice brisket, extra Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese and sliced green onions. Serve with slice baguette.
