Blue Cheese Waldorf Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped 
  • Half cup grapes, halved 
  • 1 granny smith apple, finely cubed 
  • Quarter-cup parsley, roughly chopped 
  • Half teaspoon garlic, minced 
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 tablespoon mustard 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Half teaspoon salt or to taste 
  • Half teaspoon black pepper or to taste 
  • Half cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped 
  • Crackers or slices of toasted bread 

Directions

 
  1. Whisk mayo, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl until well-combined. 
  2. Add celery, grapes, apples, onions, parsley and Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Crumbles and lightly toss until well-combined. 
  3. Serve with crackers or slices of toasted bread on the side and enjoy!
