In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs, milk and hot sauce together.
In a separate bowl, add flower and seasonings (salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning).
In another bowl, combine cornmeal and breadcrumbs.
Pat tomatoes with paper towels.
Season tomatoes on both sides with salt and pepper.
Coat tomatoes in seasoned flower.
Dip tomatoes into egg mixture.
Dredge in cornmeal and breadcrumb mixture to completely coat.
In a large skillet, add ½ inch of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
Fry tomatoes until golden brown. 3-5 minutes on each side.
Transfer the fried tomatoes to a wired rack to strain and cool.
Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Cream Sauce
In a saucepan over low heat melt butter and add in your cream cheese, heavy cream, Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted.
Next stir in Worcestershire sauce, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
Drizzle sauce over fried green tomatoes. Top with hot sauce, chives and Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
