Mild Blue Cheese Steak Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1 container Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat in a cast-iron saucepan.
Add shallot and garlic. Sauté until soft.
Add heavy whipping cream and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Keep warm (on low) until time to serve. Drizzle over steak.
Garnish with chopped parsley and save extra Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese to sprinkle on top, if desired.
