In a large bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly but gently to avoid overworking meat. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into small slider-sized patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. If desired, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in pan to enhance flavor.
Cook beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side depending on thickness or until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (for medium doneness).
Spread a thin layer of butter on cut sides of Hawaiian rolls. Place them face down in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted and golden.
Assemble sliders by spreading condiments (if using) on both sides of the toasted rolls, then put a cooked beef patty on bottom half of each roll and top with arugula and a generous sprinkle of Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Cap sliders with top halves of the rolls and serve immediately. Pair with your favorite sides or enjoy as a standalone appetizer.
