Blue Cheese and Steak Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced about an inch wide (makes about 30 slices)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 pound flank steak, cooked medium-rare and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Balsamic glaze, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Add baguette slices to a baking sheet. Brush each piece of bread with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and toasted.
  4. Remove from the oven and top each piece with a little arugula, a piece of steak, roasted red pepper strips and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
  5. Drizzle each piece with balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
