1 baguette, sliced about an inch wide (makes about 30 slices)
Olive oil
1 cup arugula
1 pound flank steak, cooked medium-rare and thinly sliced
1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
1/4 cup Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese
Balsamic glaze, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Add baguette slices to a baking sheet. Brush each piece of bread with olive oil.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and toasted.
Remove from the oven and top each piece with a little arugula, a piece of steak, roasted red pepper strips and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Drizzle each piece with balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
