Steak and Mild Blue Cheese Tacos with Caramelized Onions, Arugula, and Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 pounds of steak
  • 1½ cups caramelized onions
  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 5 ounces Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Season your steak with salt and pepper and cook to your preference. Rest for 7 minutes and then slice thinly against the grain.
  2. Brush flour tortillas lightly with olive oil and heat in a skillet at medium-high for about 45 seconds on each side to crispen.
  3. Add steak, caramelized onions, arugula and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese to toasted tortillas.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
