Ingredients
½ pound ground sausage
½ Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese Wedge
⅓ cup fig jam
1 roll flakey layers biscuits
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease mini muffin tin.
Brown ground sausage over medium-high heat. Drain sausage and return to medium heat.
Add Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese and fig jam to the pan and stir until cheese is melted.
Take each biscuit and pull apart layers. You should get 3-4 pieces per biscuit.
Place biscuit layers inside each cup of mini muffin tin, making a cup shape.
Fill with sausage mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until biscuits begin to brown.
