3 ounces Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese Wedge, sliced into ½-inch chunks
4 ounces heavy whipping cream
6 ounces sliced black angus roast beef, cut into 1-inch strips
4 ounces cherry tomatoes,
Small red onion thinly sliced into rings
6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Press premade pizza dough into a greased 9 x 13-inch metal cake pan. Drizzle heavy whipping cream over dough and top with roast beef, cherry tomatoes, red onions, grated cheese, cilantro and crushed red pepper flakes.
Sprinkle Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese on top of pizza and arrange large chunks of sliced Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese Wedge over top of pizza. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until pizza is baked through and top is golden and melty.
Garnish with sliced green onions and additional cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
