Hot Bacon & Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 oz Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • To serve: crostinis, chips, celery, etc.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, mayo and plain Greek yogurt. Using hand mixers, beat for about 30 seconds until well combined. Add 2.5 oz of Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese and beat again.
  2. Add half of the remaining Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and chives. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
  3. Spray the bottom of a small baking dish with cooking spray, add dip and spread evenly. Top with the remaining Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-17 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
  4. Top with fresh chives, serve with crostinis, chips and celery & ENJOY!
