1 tablespoon thyme, fresh, chopped, plus additional for topping
1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, chopped
2 dashes Worcestershire
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon honey, plus additional for drizzling
2 tablespoons fig jam, plus additional for topping
Crackers and toasted bread slices, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a medium sized baking dish.
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add sliced onions, season with salt and pepper, and sauté, stirring frequently, until caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
Stir in the thyme, rosemary, and Worcestershire. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a medium bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar, and honey. Stir well then stir in caramelized onions.
Spread into the baking dish then swirl in the fig jam. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
Sprinkle with additional thyme, drizzle with honey and fig jam, and enjoy with crackers or toasted bread slices!
