Extra Dirty Mild Blue Cheese Martini with Mild Blue Cheese-Stuffed Olives

Ingredients

  • 12-ounce bottle of vodka
  • 5½ ounces Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese wedge
  • ½ ounce olive brine
  • Splash of dry vermouth (optional)
  • 1 cup of pitted green olives

Directions

Cocktail Instructions:

  1. Combine a 12-ounce bottle of vodka with 2-3 tablespoons of Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese in a jar. Let it infuse for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Strain before using.
  2. Add 2 ounces of infused vodka, olive brine and a splash of dry vermouth if desired to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with blue cheese-stuffed olives.

Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives Instructions:

  1. Take 1 cup of pitted green olives and put them on a small plate.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese with a splash of vodka. Mix until smooth.
  3. Using a small piping bag or disposable sandwich or snack bag, put cheese mixture into bag. If using plastic bag, cut a small hole into one corner, creating an opening.
  4. Fill each olive with the mild blue cheese mixture.
  5. Place back on the small plate and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
