Buffalo Hummus with Whipped Blue Cheese

Ingredients
Hummus:
3 cloves garlic
1 16-ounce can chickpeas, drained (reserve the liquid)
⅓ cup cayenne pepper hot sauce, plus more for drizzling
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons chickpea liquid or water, as needed to thin
Whipped Treasure Cave Blue Cheese:
4 ounces Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Wedge
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-3 tablespoons heavy cream
For Serving:
⅓ cup finely chopped carrots
⅓ cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill

Pita bread, pita chips, tortilla chips, fresh veggies and/or crackers
Directions
In a food processor or blender, toss in the garlic through the lid and process until minced.
Add the rest of the ingredients for the hummus and process until smooth. As needed, add the chickpea liquid (or water) to thin.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
To the now empty food processor or blender, add all the ingredients for the whipped blue cheese (starting with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream) and blend
until smooth and airy. If you find the mixture too thick, add a bit more heavy cream.
Spread this mixture over the hummus.
Serve with a drizzle of hot pepper sauce, chopped carrots and celery, fresh dill, and Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Enjoy with pita bread, chips, or veggies.
