2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup ranch dressing
¾ cup Buffalo hot sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese
Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Tortilla chips, celery sticks and carrot sticks for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
Assemble dip by spreading mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or any similar sized oven-safe dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese over the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until dip is hot and bubbly. If you want a golden-brown top, you can broil dip for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks and carrot sticks for dipping.
