Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Sliders with Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 12 brioche slider rolls, sliced in half
  • 4-6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, divided
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce to coat. Set aside.
  3. Place slider buns on a small baking dish or baking sheet. Lay Provolone cheese over bottom of buns. Spoon Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over cheese layer and top with other half of buns.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Stir in minced garlic and half the chopped parsley. Brush mixture over top of buns. Transfer sliders to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns begin to brown.
  5. While sliders are baking, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, ranch dressing and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
