In a large bowl, toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce to coat. Set aside.
Place slider buns on a small baking dish or baking sheet. Lay Provolone cheese over bottom of buns. Spoon Buffalo chicken mixture evenly over cheese layer and top with other half of buns.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Stir in minced garlic and half the chopped parsley. Brush mixture over top of buns. Transfer sliders to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns begin to brown.
While sliders are baking, combine shredded carrots, cabbage, ranch dressing and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
