Ingredients
- 12 ounces Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon. salt
- 1 quart heavy cream
- ¾ cup high-quality shaved dark chocolate
Directions
- Pour and bring the heavy cream to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Add Treasure Cave® blue cheese, lemon juice, sugar and salt to the saucepan. Add blue cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge. Once chilled, prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Stir in shaved dark chocolate and add remaining blue cheese crumbles.
- Freeze until firm. Serve in bowls or ice cream cones.
