In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Add butter to a large pot or pan over medium heat.
Mix in heavy whipping cream.
Once heavy whipping cream is combined, add flour and garlic salt.
Mix in milk, Gouda and Treasure Cave Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Once sauce reaches a thick consistency, drain pasta and add to mixture.
Once pasta is fully coated in sauce, add it to a large baking dish or cook in the pot if it is oven-safe. Top with additional Mild Crumbled Blue Cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the top turns golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
