Baked Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Add chicken broth and cream cheese to a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat. Stir to melt the cream cheese. (I start with a spoon then switch to a whisk to remove any clumps.)
  2. Add in Treasure Cave Crumbled Blue Cheese, buffalo sauce and shredded chicken to the saucepan. Stir until combined then transfer to a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with shredded cheddar and broil on high for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately with sliced baguette and veggies for dipping.
