Spicy Blue Cheese Dip with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 5.5-ounce Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Wedge
  • 1 8-ounce room-temp cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tablespoons hot sauce (or to your preferred spice level)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Chopped scallions for garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except scallions) to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into an oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Bake at 370 degrees F for 17-20 minutes or until the top becomes golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle scallions on top.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers, wings or veggie sticks
