Spicy Blue Cheese Dip with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
1 5.5-ounce Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Wedge
1 8-ounce room-temp cream cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt
3-4 tablespoons hot sauce (or to your preferred spice level)
1 clove minced garlic
Chopped scallions for garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients (except scallions) to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth.
Pour into an oven-safe baking dish.
Bake at 370 degrees F for 17-20 minutes or until the top becomes golden brown.
Sprinkle scallions on top.
Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers, wings or veggie sticks
