Ingredients
- 2 cups rotini or any short pasta, cooked al dente and chilled
- 1 cup shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup shaved carrots
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese
Directions
- Mix together the Treasure Cave® blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing and hot sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Toss the cooked and cooled pasta, shredded chicken, celery and shaved carrots together in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the pasta and stir until evenly coated. Add chopped green onion and leftover blue cheese crumbles.
- Divide and serve in bowls.
