1 (8-ounce) Mama Mary’s™ thin pizza crust
¾ cup Treasure Cave® Gorgonzola Crumbled Cheese
1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce
1 ½ cups Skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
½ cup Celery sticks, diced
½ cup Peperconcinis, de-stemmed and diced
Step 1: Preheat pizza stone with Weber® grilled covered.
Step 2: Spread buffalo sauce over Mama Mary’s™ thin pizza crust followed by the chicken breast, Treasure Cave® Gorgonzola Crumbled Cheese, diced celery and pepperconcinis.
Step 3: Place on pizza stone and bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
Step 4: Cut into 12 equal wedges.
