Snappy Feta Stuffed Burger

Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chutney and 1 tablespoon of sriracha. Mix well and set aside.
 
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Then, add the red peppers and sauté until crisp tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
 
In a medium bowl, knead together the beef, remaining 1/4 cup of chutney, and remaining 1 tablespoon of sriracha. Form into 8 thin patties. Then, top 4 patties with 1/4 cup each of the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Feta Cheese. Cover each with a second patty and press the edges to seal. Oil and prepare the grill for medium direct heat.
 
Grill the burgers for 8–10 minutes, until fully cooked, turning once. Toast the buns, cut side down, on the grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
 
To assemble the burgers, place the bun bottoms on a serving plate. Spread each with 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture. Then, top with the lettuce, red pepper and burger. Dollop with the remaining mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle with the remaining Treasure Cave® Crumbled Feta Cheese and cover with a top bun.
 
Serve warm.
