Ingredients

2 tablespoons flour 

1/2 package (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry, defrosted 

2 tablespoons orange marmalade 

4 ounces (1 cup) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided 

1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped 

1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped 

1 egg, beaten

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400oF. 

 

Sprinkle the flour on your work surface and unfold the pastry sheet. Spread the sheet with marmalade and top with 1/2 cup of the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, cranberries, walnuts and rosemary. Then, roll it up like a jellyroll and lightly brush the edge with some beaten egg. Press the edges to seal it and cut it into 20 1/2-inch slices.  

 

Place the slices, cut-side down onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Brush the slices with the egg mixture and sprinkle evenly with the remaining Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese. 

 

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Then, let them cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
