Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Then, add the garlic and onion and cook until they’re fragrant and translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring constantly until it’s melted. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and add the remaining to the skillet, along with the cheddar. Stir to combine. Add the Frank's RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce and slowly stir in the beer. Heat until the dip begins to bubble, then simmer until well blended.
