Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Then, add the garlic and onion and cook until they’re fragrant and translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring constantly until it’s melted. Set aside 1 tablespoon of the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese and add the remaining to the skillet, along with the cheddar. Stir to combine. Add the pepper sauce and slowly stir in the beer. Heat until the dip begins to bubble, then simmer until well blended.
