Ingredients3.5 ounces (about 1 cup) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Goat Cheese, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted, chopped and divided
Fruit, ginger snaps or graham crackers for dipping
Remove 1 tablespoon Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese, cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy. Add coconut milk, extract, dates, and 3 tablespoons almonds; mix well. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with reserved tablespoon of Treasure Cave® Goat Cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon almonds.
