- 5 ounces (1 1/4 cups) Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Remove 1/4 cup of the Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese and set it aside.
- Then, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate them until you’re ready to serve the dip.
- When you’re ready to serve it, place the dip in a serving dish and top with the reserved Treasure Cave® Blue Cheese.
