Place the flour in a large bowl. Then, using a cheese grater, grate the butter over the flour, tossing occasionally to coat the butter pieces with the flour until all is grated.
Using your hands, press the flour and butter together until the butter pieces are smaller than small peas. Stir in the chives and sprinkle the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Blue Cheese over the flour mixture.
Combine the buttermilk and sriracha and pour the mixture over the flour mixture. Then, toss the mixture with a rubber spatula to combine until all is moistened.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 12–15 minutes.
