Whole Wheat Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf whole-wheat pita bread
  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Treasure Cave® Reduced Fat Blue Cheese
  • Buffalo wing sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine chicken and wing sauce in a bowl, incorporating so that each piece of chicken is covered.
  3. Sprinkle chicken and Treasure Cave® Reduced Fat Blue Cheese evenly on pita.
  4. Bake until golden brown on bottom, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
