Fig Crème Brûlée With Gorgonzola Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 large Black Mission fig
  • 1 teaspoon Treasure Cave® Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese from Wisconsin
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar

Directions

  1. Cut the fig in half and, using a melon ball scoop or round spoon, scoop out the seeds. Fill the fig halves with the Treasure Cave® Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese and sprinkle with sugar. Then, caramelize the sugar with a torch until it has turned golden brown.
